1 killed, 6 hospitalized after two-car crash near Lynnwood
Request Free ConsultationSNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A 58-year-old man died Tuesday night after a high-speed T-bone crash just east of Lynnwood, according to the Everett Post.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal collision occurred at the intersection of 204th Street Southwest and 28th Avenue West at around 10:oo p.m.
A Chevrolet Camaro was heading east on 204th Street at a high rate of speed when it blew through the 204th Street SW intersection and crashed into a Mercedes-Benz GT.
The 58-year-old Camaro driver was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities. Two of his passengers suffered serious injuries and were taken to Harborview Medical Center.
Four occupants in the Mercedes-Benz, including two children, were airlifted to Providence Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
An investigation by detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office kept the road closed for most of the night.
