39-year-old man in critical condition after nearly drowning in Angle Lake

SEATAC, WA – A man is fighting for his life after nearly drowning in Angle Lake Tuesday evening, according to KOMO News.

Investigators say the man was learning how to swim when he became disoriented in Angle Lake around 8 p.m. First responders administered CPR to establish a pulse.

The unidentified man was transported to Harborview Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.

It is not clear whether the man was swimming with companions or was there alone.
