At least one injured in serious crash on NE Sunset Blvd

RENTON, WA – At least one person was injured in a collision at the intersection of NE Sunset Blvd and Sunset Blvd NE on Tuesday night.

According to Renton Police, the accident involved two vehicles and was likely caused when one vehicle sped through a red light. The extent of the injuries sustained in the accident is unknown.

Renton Police reported the accident via Twitter around 8:45 p.m. and the road was not reopened until 2 a.m.
