Semi-truck jackknifes, collides with car on I-5 near Maytown

CENTRALIA, WA – Washington State Patrol responded to reports of a semi-truck that jackknifed and crashed on northbound Interstate 5 near Maytown Rd.

Troopers responding to a semi jackknifed, north I-5, milepost 95. Collision occurred. One vehicle pinned in between the truck. Drivers are not injured. Road is fully blocked.

According to WSP Trooper Ryan Burke, a car was pinned in between the truck’s cab and trailer, but the driver was not injured. The accident blocked the northbound lanes, but traffic managed to get by on the left shoulder.
