Two people hospitalized after accident on S. 19th Street and S. Pearl Street

TACOMA, WA – Two people were rushed to the hospital after getting into an accident on S. 19th Street and S. Pearl Street, according to the Tacoma Fire Department.

Firefighters are on the scene of an injury MVA in the area of S. 19th Street and S. Pearl Street. Two patients are being transported for further evaluation and medical care. An alternate route is advised at this time. pic.twitter.com/jNfHPxKd7m

Tacoma Fire reported the accident via Twitter at 10:26 a.m. Friday. A photo from the scene shows a black Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with serious frontend damage. It is not clear if another vehicle was involved.
