Three teen girls hurt in Maple Valley collision with power pole

MAPLE VALLEY, WA – Three teenage girls were injured after crashing their car into a power pole on the 22000 block of SE Kent-Kangley Road on Tuesday.

According to KOMO News, the accident happened just before noon. The passenger in the front seat was ejected from the vehicle and suffered broken bones. The passenger in the backseat was seriously injured and both were flown to Harborview Medical Center. The driver sustained minor injuries.

Officials have not released the cause of the accident.
