Possible robber killed in Federal Way storage facility fire on Christmas morning
Request Free ConsultationFEDERAL WAY, WA – A man who was possibly attempting to steal from a storage unit in Federal Way was killed after a fire broke out in the facility on Christmas morning.
According to the Federal Way Mirror, the accident happened at 32615 Pacific Highway South, at the Public Storage building, just before 8 a.m.
The body of a man in his mid-30s was discovered in one of the units that had been damaged by the blaze.
Authorities believe the victim, who was possibly trying to rob the storage unit, may have died after being trapped inside by the smoke and flames.
His identity has not been immediately released.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
