50-year-old man hit, critically injured when crossing Arlington street

ARLINGTON, WA – A 50-year-old man sustained critical injuries when he was hit by a Jeep while crossing Smokey Point Boulevard, KOMO reports.

According to KOMO, the accident happened in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Blvd around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. The victim was airlifted to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Jeep stayed at the scene and was cooperative, according to police. Police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in this accident.
