One killed, another injured in pedestrian collision in Capitol Hill neighborhood
Request Free ConsultationSEATTLE, WA – Emergency crews responded to the scene of a fatal pedestrian collision in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood on Wednesday morning.
According to FOX 13, medics arrived at the scene at the intersection of 10th Avenue East and East Newton Street shortly after 9:15 a.m., where they found a 50-year-old pedestrian with critical injuries.
The medics were unable to stabilize the victim’s condition, and he passed away from his injuries at the scene.
The vehicle that struck the man was driven by a woman in her 60s, who also sustained critical injuries. She was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
