Woman escapes injury in vehicle fire on I-5 in Tacoma
Request Free ConsultationTACOMA, WA – According to Washington State Trooper Robert Reyer, authorities were on the scene of a vehicle fire on Interstate 5 on Monday morning.
The incident was reported in the northbound lanes near Mounts Road at about 6 a.m.
The two righthand lanes were blocked off by authorities as they knocked back the visible flames. State troopers were also on the scene.
One person, a woman, was being attended to by medics but was ultimately not injured.
The area has since reopened.
