31-year-old motorcyclist dead after falling off bridge in S Seattle
Request Free ConsultationSEATTLE, WA – A motorcyclist died after their vehicle crashed off the side of a bridge in south Seattle on Friday night, according to the Seattle Police Department and KOMO News.
The crash occurred on the off-ramp from the South Spokane Viaduct to 4th Avenue S at about 9 p.m., as a 31-year-old man riding his motorcycle appears to have mistakenly taken the 4th Ave exit.
He was traveling too fast for the turn, and then crashed into the guardrail. The victim was ejected from his motorcycle and onto the road beneath the bridge.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident at this time.
