One injured after car strikes pole, crashes into Sand Point home

The accident took place on Sandpoint Way Northeast near Matthews Beach.
Seattle Fire crews said the woman was hurt in the pole collision moments before the car accelerated into the home. She was transported to a nearby hospital.
Few other details have been reported on the incident, but the first crash caused live wires to fall across the street.
