Seattle, Washington – Thrown Rock Breaks Through Windshield of Car on Interstate 5

Seattle, Washington (March 30, 2020) – The Washington State Patrol is investigating an incident in which a rock was thrown at a moving vehicle on the Interstate 5 near the Interstate 90 on Monday afternoon. According to an article from Q13 Fox News, a rock was thrown into the southbound vehicle occupied by Shaquir Watkins and his girlfriend. The rock struck through the windshield and impacted Watkins on the chin and the chest, but fortunately sustained no lasting injuries. The Washington State Patrol was reported to have been investigating the area for similar incidents, with an investigation being recently done in October. A search is being done for the suspect.
