The driver was SB on SR 3, traveling too fast for the wet roadway conditions.

While driving southbound on SR 3, the driver lost control and swerved off the road, rolling into the embankment and landing upside down.
Trooper Chelsea Hodgson did not say whether anyone else was in the vehicle.
