At least one dead in crash on SR-160 in Kitsap County

The accident occurred at about 6:10 p.m. between Banner and Bethel, about 3.5 miles southeast of Port Orchard, on State Route 160, near Bodle Road SE.
At least one person was injured in the crash and later succumbed to their wounds. Their identity was not immediately released.
The roadways were blocked for several hours as Troopers investigated the crash, with WSP estimating the road would be clear at about 10:15 p.m.
