At least one person killed after vehicle blows back tire on I-90
Request Free ConsultationNELSON, WA (KITTITAS COUNTY) – At least one person was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash west of Cle Elum on Friday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The accident occurred about eight miles west of Cle Elum on eastbound I-90, near milepost 77, at about 3 p.m., when the rear tire of a pickup truck blew, causing the vehicle to crash and overturn.
At least one person, who was reportedly not wearing their seatbelt, was killed in the crash.
Their identity was not immediately released.
Traffic was backed up for several miles from the crash as authorities worked the scene.
