Collision blocks two lanes on I-405 SB near Bothell

BOTHELL, WA — A vehicle collision Monday morning was blocking the toll lane and the left general purpose lane on Interstate 405 southbound near Bothell, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

On I-405 southbound at SR 527 there is a collision blocking the toll lane and the left general purpose lane.

The incident occurred at the merge to state Route 527 and was first reported by WSDOT at 7:10 a.m.

Traffic footage at the crash site show a fire truck, emergency medics and other first responders attending to the incident, and suggests at least two vehicles were involved. A third lane also appeared partially blocked due to the crash response.

At 8:01 a.m, nearly an hour after the crash., the toll lane at the scene remained blocked.

At 8:08, WSDOT reported the toll lane reopened.

No further information has been shared.
