Collision on East Madison Street and 12th Avenue blocks WB lanes

SEATTLE, WA – A car accident on East Madison Street and 12th Avenue blocked all westbound lanes early Thursday morning, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.

The accident occurred around 2:50 a.m. It is not clear what led up to the accident or how many vehicles were involved.

The westbound lanes of E Madison St. were blocked while first responders cleared the area.

Seattle DOT did not report any injuries.
