Crash takes place on I-5 northbound at Ravenna Boulevard

SEATTLE, WA- WSDOT Traffic reports that a crash took place on I-5 northbound at Ravenna Boulevard on the evening of November 23.

On I-5 northbound at Ravenna Blvd there is an incident blocking all lanes.
