Eastbound US Highway 12 was closed to traffic while crews worked to recover the truck.
The truck took down a number of power lines when it crashed off the roadway, so local utility crews were on scene to repair utility poles.
WSDOT has not confirmed what caused the accident.
The accident occurred around 8:45 a.m. By about noon, crews recovered the truck out of the embankment and righted it onto the roadway.
