Driver seriously injured after I-5 crash near east Stanwood
Request Free ConsultationSNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A driver was in critical condition Wednesday morning after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 near east Stanwood, according to KOMO News.
Trooper Rocky Oliphant with Washington State Patrol said the accident happened on a stretch of I-5 southbound near state Route 532 shortly before 11:44 a.m.
The vehicle came to rest off the side of the road, and the driver suffered life-threatening injuries.
WSP and medics were at the scene where I-5 southbound became fully blocked.
Motorists in the area were asked to divert through SR-532.
