Man airlifted to hospital after SR-3 crash in Shelton

MASON COUNTY, WA — A 26-year-old man was hospitalized Tuesday morning after a two-car collision on state Route 3 in Shelton, according to The Olympian.

Washington State Patrol said the incident occurred on SR-3 northbound near East Agate Road at around 6:10 a.m.

The man was at the wheel of a vehicle on East Agate Road when he failed to yield to traffic while turning left onto SR-3, causing a northbound vehicle to hit his car.

The man was rushed to Harborview Medical Center where his condition has not been disclosed.

The driver and passenger in the other vehicle were not reported injured.
