One hospitalized, driver arrested for DUI after SR-167 crash in Puyallup
Request Free ConsultationPIERCE COUNTY, WA — One person was injured Sunday morning after a suspected DUI crash on state Route 167 in Puyallup, reports Washington State Patrol.
The crash took place on a stretch of SR-167 just past the merge to SR-512, and was reported by Trooper Robert Reyer at 4:37 a.m.
The involved vehicle came to rest near the median of SR-167 southbound, blocking two left northbound lanes.
One passenger was taken to an area hospital for injuries, though the extent of their injuries was not revealed.
WSP said the driver was arrested for DUI.
