Suspected DUI driver arrested after SR-99 crash in Everett
Request Free ConsultationSNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A suspected DUI driver was arrested early Monday morning after a two-car collision on state Route 99 in Everett, according to Trooper Rocky Oliphant with Washington State Patrol.
Troopers are on scene of a two vehicle serious (not life threatening) injury collision on SR 99 and Gibson (Everett). We have the causing driver in custody for Vehicular Assault, driver is suspected DUI. NB 99 is closed while we investigate. pic.twitter.com/03QAk8g5B5

WSP responded to the scene in the northbound lanes of SR-99 near Gibson Road shortly before 12:16 a.m.
Little information has been shared on the events leading up to the crash, but Trooper Oliphant’s report indicates at least one person suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The causing driver is facing charges for vehicular assault and suspected DUI.
SR-99 northbound was shut down during an investigation.
