Teen survives major rollover wreck off rural road in east King County
Request Free ConsultationKING COUNTY, WA — An 18-year-old driver sustained only minor injuries Sunday morning when his car flipped and crashed along an intersection near Duvall, according to Redmond Reporter.
The King County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Duvall Fire crews responded to the scene near Northeast Woodinville Duvall Road and West Snoqualmie Valley Road.
Authorities said they arrived to find an overturned and badly crushed Mazda with no one inside or near the vehicle. Crews searched the surrounding area with a thermal camera, but were unable to locate anyone.
Shortly after, deputies traced the vehicle to the owner’s home, where they found the teen after he had walked away from the wreck.
The victim was transported to Evergreen Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
No further information has been released on the circumstances behind the accident.
