Tukwila, Washington – One Dead, Three Other Injured in Head-On Collision

Tukwila, Washington(August 12, 2019) – One person was killed and three others injured in a head-on collision involving two vehicles on the 12000 block of Tukwila International Boulevard on Monday evening. The adult female driver of one car died in the crash. Her passenger, as well as the driver and passenger in the other car, all sustained serious to critical injuries. All of the injured people were taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.

The accident happened around 7 p.m. According to the police report, one of the cars was northbound and the other was southbound. The southbound car crossed into oncoming traffic and struck the northbound vehicle, causing the collision. The accident caused the roadway to be blocked while investigation was ongoing.
