Update: Detectives arrest Tacoma hit-and-run driver from tip
Request Free ConsultationPIERCE COUNTY, WA – State police detective, with the help of the public, have located the hit-and-run driver who injured a man in Tacoma on Tuesday night.
According to State Trooper Robert Reyer, The victim had struck a cable barrier and stepped out of his vehicle through the passenger door into the left lane of State Route 512 near Vickery Road at about 11:40 p.m. The hit-and-run driver then hit the victim.
The suspect did not stop, and police asked the public for help in the investigation.
The vehicle was located with the help of a tip and a 58-year-old woman had been arrested.
The victim remains in the hospital.
