Woman jumps in front of semi-truck on I-5 in Alger

ALGER, WA – Washington State Patrol reported a woman attempted suicide Tuesday by jumping in front of a semi-truck on I-5.

According to KGMI News, the woman pulled her car to the side of the highway, exited her vehicle, and jumped in front of a semi on I-5.

The driver of the semi managed to avoid striking the woman, but she fell and sustained minor injuries to her head.

The woman, whose identity has not been released, was transported to the hospital for treatment.
